Understanding Your Moods When You’re Expecting, by Lucy J. Puryear

Understanding Your Moods When You’re Expecting: Emotions, Mental Health, and Happiness — Before, During, and After Pregnancyis a wonderful and insightful look at the emotional changes you will experience
during and after your pregnancy. My husband has read it and he has become much more understanding with me during this special time in our lives. I actually would recommend it more for your spouse, than for yourself, because it is such a great guide through the whole process of hormonal changes and how it will impact our moods and attitudes. Your husband will do a complete 180 degree change in outlook, and will have the knowledge to be so much more supportive. I can’t recommend this book enough, especially for someone going through their first pregnancy.
