The Sleep Book For Tired Parents by Becky Huntley
Here is a fantastic resource for parents who have sleep issues with their children: The Sleep Book for Tired Parents
It isn’t in depth, complicated or ‘text bookish’, just full of great advice, techniques and methods for getting
your infant up to toddler age child to sleep at regular times, for a healthy period of time, which in turn will get you the rest you need. I used it to get over a particularly bad spell of irregular sleeping when my son was 2 years old and the methods worked very well. I’ve recommended it to other parents who have had similar success with their kids. I would absolutely rate this book in the top 10 list of absolutely necessary books for new parents.
