Rinse few times with it and white junk will go away after few rinses. Try rinsing with water after you are done. That way the hydrogen peroxide will be removed from your mouth. Brown stuff is probably bacteria build up during the night. Like i said I've been using it and my mouth feels cleaner. Dentist even recommend rinsing with mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water. I've recently had a lot of problems with tooth pain, and usually, I just hold cold water in my mouth for about a minute at a time and it diminishes the pain. I discovered a few weeks ago that rinsing with mouthwash makes the pain go away for a longer time- usually 2 or 3 hours as compared to 5 minutes when I was just using the water. So i decided that I would buy a bottle of the "new and improved" Crest Pro-Heath Invigorating Clean (which is NOT Alcohol Free!) to rinse with to try and help with the pain. Here it is, the next day after I bought it and rinsed with it once yesterday morning and all of my taste buds are not working. I haven't been able to taste ANYTHING for close to 24 hours now and it feels as if my tongue is a piece of sandpaper inside my mouth. I do not have any health or dental insurance currently and I still owe my dentist money from procedures I had done last November, so until I get those paid off, I can't go back to have any work done. Looks like I'll continue suffering for quite some time until I can afford to go back to the dentist.
