My daughter has also lost a TASSA bought in IKEA. However her TASSA is slightly different from yous son's. Hers is apparently an anteater(?! I never would have guessed!)) and has no black nose. Its ears are smaller and is light blue. I guess IKEA had different toys in different countries... I found the exact same one in eBay but it costs 35USD. Do you know were I can find a cheaper one? I have been so worried about it too. I am extremely angry that Crest doesn't have warnings about this on their product. I freaking thought I had cancer or some funky STD. I have been googling this for over 2 months trying to figure out what it could be. Well at least now I know. Not only am I going to dump all their lousy product down the drain. I am going to make up business cards with this info about their product and pass them out to everyone I see so no one else has to feel as scared as I did when these symptoms occured. Crest should recall this product ASAP. I am going to call them too and tell them how I feel. This is NOT RIGHT that they can scare people this way and not even let them know that it is a possible side effect of the product. Thank you all so much for taking the time to post your experiences on here. Without you guys I would still be sitting here scared right now over the burns and bumps inside my mouth. thank you thank you thank you!! My Geoffrey Trew suggested that she was to be observed for 24 hours, yet as the hours turned into a few days she was getting increasingly worse, with spiking temperatures vomiting and in severe stomach pain. Mr Trew's and Stuart Lavery’s idea was to manage my wife's condition conservatively and that he would take good care of her. 10 Days passed she was still in hospital extremely unwell, Mr Trew announced that she was getting better and she would be discharged in the morning, that night my wife had a 10 hour emergency operation, left in I.C.U for 4 weeks fighting for her life with multiple organ failure 20% survival rate, after 4 weeks she was transferred to Torbay Hospital being barrier and quarantined nursed, she was discharged 13 months later after having 4 Major operations, came out on October 06 left disabled. We got no support from either of theses Doctors or the IVF Clinic, anyway not long now before wife situation becomes very public knowledge. Regards. Darren Cox.
